A typical inspection takes about 3 hours. Payment is due after the inspection by Card, Cash, Zelle, Venmo. Card payments use Square, and a pre-inspection agreement is required.

Based in Cocoa, Florida, serving north to Scottsmoor, south to Mico, and west to Alafaya / eastern Orlando. Travel fees apply only beyond the stated service boundary; the amount is confirmed before booking.

Buyers and agents are welcome at the walkthrough when present. Stuard answers the phone, performs the inspection, and delivers the report through ICA inspection software within 24 hours.
