The report format
A good report is organized so you can act on it. Here's how ours is built — and a sample you can read end to end.
How it's organized
SHEET S-RPTREV 2026.06
Summary first
The report opens with a plain-language summary of the items that matter most, so you and your agent can see the headline issues before reading a single system page.
System by system
Each system gets its own section — roof, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and the rest — with condition notes for everything we evaluated.
Every finding photographed
Defects are shown, not just described: a photo, the location, why it matters, and a clear recommendation for the next step.
Built to forward
It's a shareable digital report you can send to the appropriate people involved in the transaction after it is delivered — within 24 hours of the inspection.
Stuard uses ICA-supplied inspection software and can provide
a sample PDF once private client details are removed.
Questions about the report?
Call and ask — you'll reach the inspector who writes them. Or book your inspection and see yours within 24 hours.
