Add a 4-point insurance report to a full inspection when needed. Condo and manufactured/mobile home inspections are priced by square footage.

When is a quote needed?
The published square-footage schedule applies through 5,000 square feet. Homes over 5,000 square feet require a quote. Travel fees apply only beyond the stated service boundary, with the amount confirmed before booking.
What's included in the base price?
A complete home inspection of readily accessible systems and a photo-documented digital report within 24 hours. A 4-point report can be added when your insurer needs it.
How do the add-ons work?
Added to a full home inspection, a 4-point is $75; ordered on its own, a 4-point is $150. Wind mitigation is not currently offered.
How do I pay?
Payment is due after the inspection. Accepted methods are Card, Cash, Zelle, Venmo; card payments are processed through Square. A pre-inspection agreement is required.
